DOES SALT MAKE ME GAIN WEIGHT?

Adults who are 51 and older, individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, or chronic kidney disease should further reduce their sodium intake to 1,500 mg a day.

SHOULD I EXERCISE WHILE DIETING?

Teas, herbal infusions and coffee are calorie-free when they don't contain sugar, creamer or milk. However, if you consume your tea or coffee with add-ons, you are asked to inform your dietitian so that calories added are accounted for. 2-3cups of brewed or drip coffee per day or 5 servings of tea is considered an average or moderate amount of caffeine for most people
