We take into account food preferences to ensure that our clients can enjoy their meals and feel satisfied while achieving their weight loss goals.

2. Low Carb Program

Our Low Carb program is a low-calorie, low-carb diet designed to limit carbohydrate intake, while increasing protein consumption and including moderate amounts of healthy fats. It is ideal for people who want to lose weight, those whose weight loss progress has stalled on a balanced diet, or those who want to manage their blood sugar levels. A typical low carb meal plan includes foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and non-starchy vegetables, while high-carb foods such as bread, pasta, rice, and desserts are avoided. Our “Flexi” version of the program is less restrictive and includes a moderate intake of carbohydrates for breakfast and a portion of dessert. By reducing carbohydrate intake, the body is encouraged to burn fat for energy, which can lead to faster weight loss, increased feelings of fullness, and improved energy levels. It’s important to note that a low carb diet may not be suitable for everyone, and we recommend consulting with our dietitians before starting the program.

In addition to our standard menu options, we offer an exclusive extra option for every meal that typically includes premium ingredients like quinoa, salmon, tenderloin steak, and low-carb options. This option also allows clients to request off-menu items and customize their meals to their liking, making it perfect for those with specific dietary needs or preferences, or simply those who crave something different. Our Gourmet program is not only nutritionally balanced, but also calorie and portion-controlled, making it an ideal choice for clients who want to manage their weight while still indulging in a luxurious culinary experience.

4. Athletes' Program

Our meal program is specially designed to cater to the needs of fitness enthusiasts and athletes who are looking to gain muscle and fuel their workouts. The program includes macro and calorie calculated meals that provide optimal nutrition to support muscle growth and recovery. We offer the program in two options: a 3-meal plan and a 4-meal plan, giving our clients the flexibility to choose the option that suits their lifestyle. The package comprises a main meal, a side dish (salad or soup), and a dessert. All meals are calorie and portion-controlled, ensuring that clients can meet their weight loss goals or maintain a healthy diet while still enjoying delicious food. We offer a range of dietary options, including low carb and vegetarian, to cater for all nutritional needs.

The 7-Day Boost Program is a weight-loss diet plan that provides a total of 1000 calories per day and includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and fruits as snacks. Our 11-day Detox Food Program is a carefully crafted plan that emphasizes wholesome, premium-quality foods to aid the body’s natural detoxification process. With men receiving an average of 1100-1200 calories per day and women receiving 800-900 calories per day, this low-calorie diet promotes weight loss and improves overall health. The program excludes meat, chicken, added sugars, and processed foods, instead featuring a wide range of wholesome foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, grains, legumes, and seeds. Our detox program is an excellent choice for individuals who want to reduce their sugar cravings, manage their appetite, and give their bodies a well-deserved break after a period of unhealthy eating.

8. Nabaty Program

Our “Nabaty” program is a vegetarian diet that eliminates meat, fish, and poultry from the menu and instead emphasizes plant-based foods such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, and seeds. A moderate amount of dairy products and eggs are included, but customization is always available to make it completely vegan. The program is portion and calorie-controlled and can facilitate weight loss when in an energy deficit.It is high in fiber, vitamins ad anti-oxidants and low in saturated fats and cholesterol. Our well-balanced menu features a diverse selection of popular vegetarian dishes from around the world, including Lebanese Moujadra, Egyptian Kushari, Indian vegetarian curries, and Japanese noodles.
