Ingredients
- 4 small zucchinis, spiralized
- 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, pressed or minced
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup packed fresh basil, cut into thin ribbons
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp salt, or enough to tastefreshly ground pepper, enough to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups pitted sour cherries
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of water
Directions
- Spiralize the zucchinis (use a vegetable spirilize slicer) and set aside.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
- Toss the sauce with the spaguetti and decorate with basil on top
